The eligibility checks, preference scores, listings, and timelines on this site are estimates intended to help you prepare. They are not legal advice and are not a guarantee of eligibility, ranking, or housing assistance. Only BRHP can confirm your eligibility and place on the waitlist.

Accounts

You need to sign in with an email and password to save matches, preferences, and call notes. We only collect your login email to keep this data tied to your account across devices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Community ratings are anonymous

When you log a call about a building, your answers (live person, availability, voucher acceptance, friendliness) are stored anonymously and shown to other neighbors as aggregate counts only. Your name, email, and private notes are never shared with other users or with third parties.

Information may change at any time. We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always confirm details directly with BRHP at brhp.org.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the site, and don't submit ratings or notes that contain personal information about others or that are harassing or unlawful.
